Standard Warranty Coverage:

  • Hardware: 12-24 months from date of purchase
  • Labor: 12 months for installation and setup
  • Defects: Coverage for manufacturing defects
  • Extended Warranty: Available for additional protection

Warranty Exclusions:

The following are not covered under standard warranty:

Innova Africa products are designed and manufactured to the highest standards. We are not liable for damages resulting from misuse, improper installation, or failure to follow instructions.

2. Installation & Setup

Professional installation services are available. Customers are responsible for providing access to installation sites and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon invoice unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. Late payments may incur interest charges as per South African legislation.

4. Delivery & Shipping

We arrange delivery through reliable logistics partners. Customers are advised to inspect goods upon receipt and report any damage within 48 hours.

5. Returns & Refunds

Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase in original condition for refund or exchange. Used or damaged products are not eligible for return.

6. Intellectual Property

All product designs, documentation, and software are proprietary to Innova Africa. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability
